InvenTrakr ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the InvenTrakr mobile application and website at inventrakr.com.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Email address and password when you create an account.
• Inventory data: Product names, quantities, locations, suppliers, and other inventory details you enter into the App.
• Integration tokens: OAuth access tokens for connected platforms (Square, Shopify, Etsy, Squarespace) stored securely in your device's Keychain. We never store these on our servers.
• Usage data: Basic app usage analytics to help us improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the InvenTrakr service.
• To sync inventory data with third-party platforms you choose to connect.
• To communicate with you about your account or support requests.
• To improve and develop the App.

3. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect a third-party platform (such as Square, Shopify, Etsy, or Squarespace), InvenTrakr requests only the permissions necessary to read and update inventory data. We access your data on those platforms solely to provide the sync features you request. We do not share your data with those platforms beyond what is required for the integration to function.

Your use of those third-party platforms is subject to their own privacy policies.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your inventory data is stored securely using Supabase. OAuth tokens are stored exclusively in your device's secure Keychain and are never transmitted to or stored on InvenTrakr servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only:

• With service providers who help us operate the App (e.g., Supabase for database hosting), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@inventrakr.com.

7. Children's Privacy

InvenTrakr is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
