Welcome to InvenTrakr. By downloading or using the InvenTrakr mobile application ("App") or visiting inventrakr.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the service.

InvenTrakr offers the following plans:
Paid subscriptions are auto-renewable and billed through the Apple App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to Apple's standard refund policy.
InvenTrakr may connect to third-party platforms including Square, Shopify, Etsy, and Squarespace via OAuth. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. InvenTrakr only requests access to data necessary to provide inventory synchronization and does not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with InvenTrakr are the property of InvenTrakr and its developers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InvenTrakr and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@inventrakr.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
